I have to be at the house and of course how much editing needs to be done creating the product.

Exterior Photos - $175-$250
Aerial Photos - $100-$200
(If you book at least one thing or package anything together, the aerial photos are free)
Home Measurements
Home Measurements/Floorplan - $175-$400
(This includes an exact square footage of the home and also a detailed floorpan layout of the house including the room dimensions)
Real Estate Video
Instagram Reels - $300-$500
Youtube Walkthrough Video - $450-$1,000
Aerial Video - $200
(Booking any video product automatically includes aerial footage if wanted)
